Sony should have done something similar with God of War or Uncharted or some of its first-party content this year. That's a pretty impressive line-up of games headed to Microsoft's newest console this holiday season, even if they are all remasters.

Finally, Unity expands on the parkour elements of the series, allowing for downward traversal rather than the traditional jump-into-hay-bale method. It also brings interior exploration, opening up an entirely new dimension to urban traversal. Hopefully it also makes some much needed leaps and bounds in terms of gameplay as well.įor starters, Unity brings an expanded stealth mechanic to the series, something that's been sorely missing from a franchise ostensibly about assassins-you know, those sneaky masters of shadow and cunning.
